All packages we ship to our customers are insured. A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. Please check your email for the tracking number. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as melting or breakage. If there is damage notify us immediately. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, you will receive a replacement order. UPS shipping time varies from 1-5 business days. If there is a problem with the shipping of your order after it's left our possession, you will have to take that up with the shipping company.
