What Payment methods do you accept?    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal through our secure merchant gateway.

 How Secure is Candlekitmaking.com?   Candlekitmaking.com uses a 128-bit encryption key over secure socket layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security.

 What is Your Return Policy?   We do not accept returns on products without prior approval.  Please email for a return authorization.  Unless products were shipped in our error, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, waxes, gels or liquid dyes due to the nature of the products.  We also cannot accept returns on candles and embeds due to the fact that they are custom made for each order.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please notify us immediately.  All items must be returned within 12 days of purchase.  Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused.  We will not issue a refund on products that have been used or partially used.   

Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover any repackaging cost, credit card fees and labor incurred.  In store credit will be issued, unless the shipment was our error.  Unless there was an error on our part your are responsible for the shipping on the returned items.

 How will product(s) be shipped?    Most product(s) will be shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.
